House Rules: MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 adults plus 1 infant in the crib. This limit must be followed at all times due to the home’s septic system. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors must be approved in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate requests when possible. PETS: A maximum of 1 pet is permitted per stay. A $50 pet fee applies. Please clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste. We ask that you use only the provided pet bowls for your pet and not any kitchen items. Pets are not allowed in the pool. NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Because we are very sensitive to smoke, any violation may result in termination of your reservation and additional charges. FOOD AND DRINK: Food and drinks are not permitted in the bedrooms. GAMEROOM SAFETY: Do not climb on the pool table. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool table or dart board. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. To respect our neighbors, outdoor gatherings, pool use, and other outdoor activity are not permitted during these hours. PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. WEAPONS: The discharge of any weapons on or near the property is strictly prohibited, including firearms, paintball guns, BB guns, and airsoft guns. POOL RULES: The pool is unheated and is used at your own risk. Pool access is limited to registered guests only. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Running, jumping, diving, horseplay, and rough play are not permitted in or around the pool. Loud music and excessive noise are not allowed in the pool area, and voices should be kept at a normal conversation level. Glass containers, smoking, and food are not permitted in the pool area. Only unbreakable dishes may be used outdoors. Please use only the outdoor towels provided and do not take indoor bath towels to the pool. Do not touch pool timers, filters, heaters, or any other mechanical equipment. If there is a problem, please contact us. Anyone who is impaired is not permitted in the pool area. Urinating in the pool is strictly prohibited. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please familiarize yourself with the lifesaving equipment before swimming. The booking guest is responsible for making sure everyone in their party understands and follows these rules. LOCAL RULES AND FIRE SAFETY: This property is located in a high fire risk area, and fire restrictions may be in effect during your stay. In forest and lake areas, open flames are prohibited unless they are equipped with a shut off valve and allowed under local fire restrictions. Please do not bring glass containers to the river or lake areas. SAFETY DISCLAIMER: This is a split level home with stairs and a pool. Pools, balconies, and stairs carry inherent risk. By completing this reservation, you accept responsibility for the safety of your party and guests, including supervising children at all times. Pool access is a privilege and may be revoked if rules are not followed. The booking guest is responsible for the actions of all guests in their party.
